Kunyu Publishing
Kunyu Publishing came into existence in 2005 when the company was jointly created by SinoMaps Press, Sinminchu Publishing Company Limited and Wan Li Book Company Limited. The amalgamation of the three companies' resources was designed to enable information about China - geographical, economical, cultural and social - to be distributed to readers around the world via a range of atlases, travel maps and guides written in Chinese, English and other languages. Since SinoMaps Press was established in 1954, it has been known for the various editions of the China atlas it has produced. The 2006 Atlas of China has been compiled with the aid of digital mapping techniques and the latest data available. This atlas has become a key reference for anyone wishing to study the geographical composition of China.
